Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 inch ginger root (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon (juiced)
  • cayenne pepper (optional)
  • fresh parsley (optional)

Instruction

  • Heat water just below boiling.
  • Add sliced ginger and lemon juice to a mug.
  • Pour hot water into mug and allow to steep for 5 minutes. 
  • Add a dash of cayenne, and parsley, if using.
