Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • few mint leaves
  • Rock salt as needed
  • ½ inch ginger (grated)
  • 500 ml water

Instruction

  • Cut rounds of cucumber and lemon.
  • Grate the ginger
  • In a glass jar take the water.
  • Add in all ingredients and let soak overnight.
  • Have a glass first thing in the morning.
  • Have it 2 to 3 times in a day
  • Season with salt as per your taste.
  • Prepare fresh batch daily.
