Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 carrot (peeled, sliced)
  • 1 beet (peeled, sliced)
  • 1/2 cup red grapes
  • 1 clementine (peeled)
  • 1 slice of ginger (peeled, about the size of a quarter)
  • 1/2 cup green tea

Instruction

  • Steam carrot and beet until just tender, about 10-15 minutes, depending on how thick your slices are. Let cool.
  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
