Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbs milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup oat flour (oats ground in the blender (*This is optional, you can use all-purpose flour instaed if you want))
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Caramel filled DelightFulls
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
  • Additional 1/2 cup DelightFulls (caramel filled)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment
  • In a stand mixer, mix the margarine (or butter) and sugar together, add in eggs, milk, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Once mixed, add in flour and oats.
  • Fold in 1 cup DelightFulls
  • Put half the dough in the lined pan, spoon caramel evenly over the top, and sprinkle on the 1/2 cup DelightFulls
  • Spoon other half of dough over top
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes (or until browned on top and not too jiggly in the center)
  • Let cool completely before cutting.
