Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbs milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup oat flour (oats ground in the blender (*This is optional, you can use all-purpose flour instaed if you want))
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup Caramel filled DelightFulls
- 1/2 cup caramel topping
- Additional 1/2 cup DelightFulls (caramel filled)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment
- In a stand mixer, mix the margarine (or butter) and sugar together, add in eggs, milk, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Once mixed, add in flour and oats.
- Fold in 1 cup DelightFulls
- Put half the dough in the lined pan, spoon caramel evenly over the top, and sprinkle on the 1/2 cup DelightFulls
- Spoon other half of dough over top
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes (or until browned on top and not too jiggly in the center)
- Let cool completely before cutting.
