Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 kg beef steak, cubed
- 425 g mushrooms pieces
- 1 beef stock cube
- 1/2 tsp raw sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 garlic clove crushed large
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbs tomato paste
- 1 onion diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper *to taste
- 1 tbs cornflour
- 4 tbs water optional
Instruction
- Add steak, champignons and juice, stock cube, sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste into slow cooker.
- Stir and leave until cooked.
- Just before serving, add sour cream.
