Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 kg beef steak, cubed
  • 425 g mushrooms pieces
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 1/2 tsp raw sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 garlic clove crushed large
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbs tomato paste
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper *to taste
  • 1 tbs cornflour
  • 4 tbs water optional

Instruction

  • Add steak, champignons and juice, stock cube, sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste into slow cooker.
  • Stir and leave until cooked.
  • Just before serving, add sour cream.
