Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 Cup Carrots (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Celery (finely chopped)
- 1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 15 oz Cream Corn
- 15 oz Sweet Corn
- 2 Cups Ham (finely diced)
- 4 oz Green Chilies (diced)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 Cup Half and Half
- Bacon (chopped)
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Instruction
- In a large saucepan, add the chicken broth, carrots and celery and cook until tender.
- Add in the corn, ham, green chilies, salt, pepper and milk. Let Simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Optionally garnish with bacon and or shredded cheese.
