Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tbs olive oil deboned large
- 4 large sea perch fillets, deboned
- 1 bunch coriander
- 120 g butter
- 4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lemon
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instruction
- Heat up a large saucepan to medium heat.
- Add enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and the juice of 1 lemon.
- When the saucepan is hot, add the fish and cook for 3 minutes on one side.
- Quickly flip the fish and leave to cook for about 30 seconds.
- Place fish on a serving plate.
- Repeat with remaining fish.
- While the second batch of fish is cooking, melt all of the butter in a small saucepan.
- Leave the butter to cook until light brown on top.
- Add a few sticks of chopped coriander to the butter. Reserve some coriander for serving.
- Stir and using a brush cover the top of the fish with the sauce.
- Sprinkle the fish with a few leaves of whole coriander and lemon.
