Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tbs olive oil deboned large
  • 4 large sea perch fillets, deboned
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 120 g butter
  • 4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instruction

  • Heat up a large saucepan to medium heat.
  • Add enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and the juice of 1 lemon.
  • When the saucepan is hot, add the fish and cook for 3 minutes on one side.
  • Quickly flip the fish and leave to cook for about 30 seconds.
  • Place fish on a serving plate.
  • Repeat with remaining fish.
  • While the second batch of fish is cooking, melt all of the butter in a small saucepan.
  • Leave the butter to cook until light brown on top.
  • Add a few sticks of chopped coriander to the butter. Reserve some coriander for serving.
  • Stir and using a brush cover the top of the fish with the sauce.
  • Sprinkle the fish with a few leaves of whole coriander and lemon.
