  • 1/4 cup (20 g) quick oats
  • 2 Tbsp (14 g) oat bran*
  • 2 Tbsp (14 g) coconut flour**
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp (20 g) raisins

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In an individual sized (~16oz.) ramekin or oven-safe dish, combine the oats, oat bran, coconut flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Add the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla, mixing until well combined. Finally, stir in the raisins.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until centre has set and desired consistency is reached. Top with any additional toppings and enjoy warm.
