  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar ((130g))
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar ((100g))

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 and 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour ((280g))
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips ((180g))
  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate ((190g))
  • 3/4 Cups Butter ((170g))
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Sugar ((200g))
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar ((50g))
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour ((125g))
  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa ((31g))

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 12 piece muffin pan and line each with a strip of baking paper with the end of each side of the baking paper hanging out the top of each muffin hole.
