Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Sugar Stamp Sheet
- 24 ounce white chocolate or white candy melts (finely chopped)
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Instruction
- Line an 8 inch square pan with non-stick tin foil or parchment paper.
- Cut Sugar Stamp sheet to fit in bottom of pan.
- Stir together finely chopped white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
- Heat in microwave on high power for 45 seconds.
- Remove and stir, then let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir again then place back in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds.
- Allow the bowl to sit in the microwave for 3 minutes then remove and stir slowly until melted.
- If needed, heat for 10 second increments, stirring after each until melted.
- Pour into prepared pan and smooth into an even layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let cool for 2 hours or refrigerate or freeze until firm.
- Remove fudge from pan and peel off tin foil then peel off acetate from the sugar stamp.
- Cut into squares and serve.
