Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs of beef or chicken cubes (cut in half)
- 1 each medium red (orange, and yellow bell peppers, cleaned membranes removed cut into one inch pieces)
- 1 medium onion (peeled and quartered or cut into 1/8 pieces)
- 10 oz. Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated or minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic (minced)
- 4 oz of orange juice
- 2 tbs of honey
- 2 oz of extra virgin olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a large bowl, combine and stir all the marinade ingredients. Add meat cubes and let marinate, covered in refrigerator for one hour.
- On a large sheet pan, spray bottom with cooking spray. Arrange cut vegetables on one side and meat on the other side. Bake in 400F oven for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
