Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large chicken breast fillet, cubed
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables, peeled and diced
  • 400g canned cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tbs oil

Instruction

  • Roll chicken in seasoned flour and brown in a small amount of oil.
  • Place in a casserole dish and add vegetables. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the vegetables.
  • Cover and bake in a moderate oven.
  • Stir after 30 minutes and cook for another 20 - 30 minutes.
