Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large chicken breast fillet, cubed
- 4 cups mixed vegetables, peeled and diced
- 400g canned cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tbs oil
Instruction
- Roll chicken in seasoned flour and brown in a small amount of oil.
- Place in a casserole dish and add vegetables. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the vegetables.
- Cover and bake in a moderate oven.
- Stir after 30 minutes and cook for another 20 - 30 minutes.
