  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (regular or quick oats)
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour (175 grams)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
