- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Zest of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (regular or quick oats)
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour (175 grams)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
