Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 400 g Dark Chocolate ((14oz))
- 100 g Marshmallows ((3.5oz))
- 100 g Digestive Biscuits ((3.5oz))
- 75 g Unsalted Butter ((2.6oz))
- 100 ml Guinness Beer ((3.4 fl oz))
- 40 g Almonds ((1.4oz))
- 40 g Pistachios ((1.4oz))
- 40 g Dried Cranberries ((1.4oz))
Instruction
- Melt the butter and chocolate over double boiler.
- Pour in Guinness beer and mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients – marshmallows cut in small pieces if you can’t find mini marshmallows, roughly crushed digestive biscuits, dried cranberries, peanuts & almonds. Mix until they are all covered with the chocolate mix.
- Pour into a tin foil tray (or onto a baking tray lined with baking paper) and spread the mixture around.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into snack-size rocky road bars.
