Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 ½ cups rolled old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or almonds
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼-½ teaspoon coarse salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, except the dark chocolate chips, until well combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking sheet and bake 45-60 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
