Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 ½ cups rolled old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼-½ teaspoon coarse salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, except the dark chocolate chips, until well combined.
  • Transfer to a greased baking sheet and bake 45-60 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
