Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Dried Dates (soaked in water)
  • 3/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey

Instruction

  • Soak the dried dates in warm water for about 5 minutes to help soften them up. Drain the water from the dates once soaked, then blitz them in a blender or food processor.
  • Measure out the remaining ingredients and mix them in with the blitzed dates. The mixture should be firm, and tacky, but not wet.
  • Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls, and chill them in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
