Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup diced fresh cherries
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare two cookie sheets by lining them with parchment.
- In a large bowl, whisk the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cardamom, baking soda, and salt together.
- Stir in the beaten egg, melted butter, milk and rolled oats.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Fold in cherries, but do not overmix.
- Arrange by tablespoonfuls on prepared cookie sheets about 1 1/2 inches apart as they will spread as they bake.
- Bake until edges are just slightly golden, about 10-12 minutes.
