Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate ((60% or more cacao))
  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 3/4 cup roasted salted almonds, ( roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instruction

  • Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.  Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring, until melted and smooth.  
  • Transfer the melted chocolate to a parchment-lined baking sheet, and spread into a thin layer.
  • Break the white chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.  Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring until melted and smooth.  
  • Stir in the matcha powder until well-blended.  (If the mixture seems stiff, add up to 2 teaspoons oil to thin it.)  
  • Drizzle the mixture over the dark chocolate.
  • Sprinkle with almonds, goji berries, and chia seeds.
  • Allow the mixture to cool and harden, then break into large shards and enjoy!
