The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • trimmed
  • 1 package bacon
  • (12-ounce)
  • preferably center-cut
  • halved lengthwise
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt
  • Garlic for serving
  • Black pepper
  • for serving

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F
  • Wrap a bacon strip around each asparagus spear like a pinwheel, then set on a baking sheet
  • Roast for 15 minutes, flipping asparagus halfway through, the broil the bacon to crisp the bacon, a few minutes more
  • Arrange bacon-wrapped asparagus on a platter, and season with garlic salt and pepper
