Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 185 g butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Beat the first 5 ingredients together until soft and creamy.
  • Stir in the sifted flour and chocolate chips.
  • Place teaspoon size balls of mixture on a greased baking tray.
  • Bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
