- 2 tbsp toasted sesame paste
- 1 tbsp white rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soybean paste (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 7 ounces tempeh
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp five-spice powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 10 ounces spaghetti or rice noodles
- 2 cups baby spinach (or steamed/sautéed kale or pak choi)
- for topping: roasted peanuts, cilantro, basil, or green onions
