The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 1 hour)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx half a large lemon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instruction

  • Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Refrigerate for one hour or longer before serving to chill and thicken.
