Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • ½ a rhubarb
  • 125 ml soya milk or any milk of your choice
  • a handful strawberries
  • 1 - 2 servings protein powder (to your needs)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Instruction

  • Chop the rhubarb up into chunks. You can lightly peel the rhubarb first to remove the slightly tougher outer layer, but I don't bother.
  • Place everything into a blender and blend still smooth. That's it.
