Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- ½ a rhubarb
- 125 ml soya milk or any milk of your choice
- a handful strawberries
- 1 - 2 servings protein powder (to your needs)
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
Instruction
- Chop the rhubarb up into chunks. You can lightly peel the rhubarb first to remove the slightly tougher outer layer, but I don't bother.
- Place everything into a blender and blend still smooth. That's it.
