The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 mango (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 2 peaches (cut into chunks)
  • 14 oz. coconut milk (chilled (see notes))
  • coconut sugar (honey, maple syrup or sweetener of choice, if needed)
  • 14 oz. full fat coconut milk (must be full fat that has been chilled in the refrigerator overnight)
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 pinch cardamom (optional)
