Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ounces hot brewed strong coffee ((regular or spiced holiday coffee))
- 1/4 cup unsweetened dairy free milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened dairy free creamer ((we used Silk half and half))
- 1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons molasses
- Dash ground ginger (to taste (or a pinch of fresh grated ginger, whichever you prefer))
- Stevia drops (to taste)
- 3 Tablespoons Dairy free whipped cream
Instruction
- Brew a strong cup of coffee (I used regular coffee but you can use a spiced coffee if you like).
- Whisk in the dairy free milk and dairy free creamer (I used the Silk half and half for the creamer). You can warm up your dairy free milk and creamer first if you want to keep your latte hot.
- Whisk in the molasses, ginger, and vanilla stevia drops, to taste.
- Top with dairy free whipped cream and a drizzle of molasses on top.
