Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 26 oz coconut milk
- ⅔ cup cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of kosher salt
Instruction
- Combine coconut milk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla & salt in the blender & blend on high for 60-90 seconds - until completely smooth and creamy. (taste to make sure it's sweet enough to your liking & add more if needed)
- Pour into the pop molds & freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
- *Note - to make extra creamy - allow mixture to sit in the blender for 30 minutes after mixing. Then pulse a couple more times before pouring into molds.**Additionally- run the mold under warm water on the outside to loosen the pops when serving.
