  • ¼ cup brown sugar, (loosely packed)
  • 15 oz can of chickpeas
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 15 oz tub soft tofu
  • 15 oz can full fat coconut milk* ((read note below))
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar ((or agave nectar or maple syrup))
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
