Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 2 cups cilantro, (loosely packed)
- 1 large avocado, (ripe)
- 1 medium lime (juice of)
- 2 cloves garlic, (chopped)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ½ cup avocado oil, (or extra virgin olive oil)
Instruction
- Put all ingredients except oil in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Slowly pour the oil through the top and blend until emulsified.
- Cover and refrigerate if you're not going to serve it right away.
