Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 large bananas
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) almond milk chilled
- 1 heaped tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instruction
- Peel bananas and cut them into small pieces.
- Lay them in a single layer on a lined tray and freeze them for about 3 hours until frozen through.
- Add bananas and all other ingredients into your blender and blend away.
- You will probably have to stop the blender a couple of times to scrap down the sides or give the mix a quick stir before blending again.
- Serve immediately in chilled bowls - soft serve or freeze and eat later.
