Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 large bananas
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) almond milk chilled
  • 1 heaped tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instruction

  • Peel bananas and cut them into small pieces.
  • Lay them in a single layer on a lined tray and freeze them for about 3 hours until frozen through.
  • Add bananas and all other ingredients into your blender and blend away.
  • You will probably have to stop the blender a couple of times to scrap down the sides or give the mix a quick stir before blending again.
  • Serve immediately in chilled bowls - soft serve or freeze and eat later.
