Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 500g shortcrust pastry thawed
- 1 jar strawberry jam
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Cut sheets of shortcrust pastry into half lengthwise and place onto baking trays lined with silicon baking paper.
- Place spoonfuls of jam at regular intervals about 1cm from upper edge of pastry.
- Run a wet finger around the jam, then carefully fold pastry over to make an envelope.
- Press down onto the wet pastry and cut into bars using a blunt knife.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, or until bars are lightly browned.
- Cool on racks and store in an airtight container.
