Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2-3 cups baby spinach (washed organic )
- 2-3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup grapes ( sliced)
- 3 ounces light tuna ( packed in water)
Instruction
- Drain your tuna and mix with the mayo and curry until the curry and mayo is spread evenly through.
- Place the spinach on a plate, then dab the tuna mixture over the leaves.
- Sprinkle the grapes on top and enjoy.
