Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2-3 cups baby spinach (washed organic )
  • 2-3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup grapes ( sliced)
  • 3 ounces light tuna ( packed in water)

Instruction

  • Drain your tuna and mix with the mayo and curry until the curry and mayo is spread evenly through.
  • Place the spinach on a plate, then dab the tuna mixture over the leaves. 
  • Sprinkle the grapes on top and enjoy.
