Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 head cauliflower (break them into small florets)
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
Instruction
- Put the cauliflower florets in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 4-5 minutes.
- When done, transfer the florets to a large mixing bowl. Add in olive oil and toss. Then, add rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl and toss again to coat.
- Air fry at 350F (175C) for about 5-6 minutes, shake the basket once in between. until you start seeing browning of the edges.
