Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock, plus more if needed
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup grainy or brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until all ingredients are dissolved, stirring as the sauce cooks. Taste, and adjust any of the seasonings to your preference.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add more stock or water 1 tablespoon at a time to thin it out.
  • Serve with your favorite grilled or smoked protein!
