Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 2 teaspoons curry powder ((or 3-4 teaspoons))
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 naan
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup cucumber raita
Instruction
- Place ground lamb in large skillet over medium high heat. Break up lamb, and cook about 5-10 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Drain off most of excess fat, then stir in curry powder, salt, and pepper. Add more curry powder to taste if desired.
- Meanwhile, place naan on work surface. Top with red onion, lettuce, and raita.
- Spoon ground lamb on top of naan. Roll up as sandwich and wrap in parchment paper or aluminum foil to secure if desired. Serve immediately.
