Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder ((or 3-4 teaspoons))
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 naan
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cucumber raita

Instruction

  • Place ground lamb in large skillet over medium high heat. Break up lamb, and cook about 5-10 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Drain off most of excess fat, then stir in curry powder, salt, and pepper. Add more curry powder to taste if desired.
  • Meanwhile, place naan on work surface. Top with red onion, lettuce, and raita.
  • Spoon ground lamb on top of naan. Roll up as sandwich and wrap in parchment paper or aluminum foil to secure if desired. Serve immediately.
