Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 28 ounce chickpeas ((2) 14-oz cans, drained and rinsed)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain fat-free )
  • 1 tablespoon madras curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (for extra heat (optional))

Instruction

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
