The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 28 ounce chickpeas ((2) 14-oz cans, drained and rinsed)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain fat-free )
- 1 tablespoon madras curry powder
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (for extra heat (optional))
Instruction
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
