Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cooked chicken breasts (chopped - about 1/2 lb. each)
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 2 stalks celery (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup green onions (diced)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
Instruction
- In a medium bowl combine all the Dressing ingredients and stir until smooth.
- In a large bowl combine all the salad ingredients.
- Add dressing to the salad and toss to combine.
- Garnish with more green onions and serve or refrigerate.
