Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3-4 cups cooked diced chicken
  • 1/4 cup orzo pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2-3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup toasted, sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, toss together the chicken, cooked orzo, celery, onion, apple and sliced almonds.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
  • Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Refrigerator until serving.
