Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 10 sausage thin
- 1 onion
- 2 celery stick
- 2 carrot
- 1 cup frozen green beans broken into pieces
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flaked
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Boil sausages for 10 minutes, drain and remove skins, slice into 2 cm pieces.
- Add onion, celery, carrots, beans and garlic to the saucepan, bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add sausages, curry powder, lemon pepper and parsley and simmer for 50 minutes.
- Thicken with cornflour.
