Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 10 sausage thin
  • 1 onion
  • 2 celery stick
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 cup frozen green beans broken into pieces
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tbs curry powder
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flaked
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Boil sausages for 10 minutes, drain and remove skins, slice into 2 cm pieces.
  • Add onion, celery, carrots, beans and garlic to the saucepan, bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add sausages, curry powder, lemon pepper and parsley and simmer for 50 minutes.
  • Thicken with cornflour.
