Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 600 g chipolata sausage (beef)
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 carrot sliced
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 green apple cored cored diced
- 2 celery stick sliced
- 2 tomato diced
- 1 1/2 tbs curry powder *to taste
- 1 tbs plain flour
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Massel Beef Style Liquid Stock
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan and cook sausages over medium heat until brown.
- Drain well, slice on the diagonal and place in a 2 litre baking dish.
- Heat oil in pan. Cook carrot, onion, apple, celery and tomato until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
- Place curry powder, flour, sugar and stock in a jug and mix well. Add mix to vegetables.
- Cook until slightly thickened.
- Pour vegetable mix over sausages. Cover with lid or foil. Bake for 35 minutes.
