Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 600 g chipolata sausage (beef)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 carrot sliced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 green apple cored cored diced
  • 2 celery stick sliced
  • 2 tomato diced
  • 1 1/2 tbs curry powder *to taste
  • 1 tbs plain flour
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Massel Beef Style Liquid Stock

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Heat a large non-stick frying pan and cook sausages over medium heat until brown.
  • Drain well, slice on the diagonal and place in a 2 litre baking dish.
  • Heat oil in pan. Cook carrot, onion, apple, celery and tomato until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Place curry powder, flour, sugar and stock in a jug and mix well. Add mix to vegetables.
  • Cook until slightly thickened.
  • Pour vegetable mix over sausages. Cover with lid or foil. Bake for 35 minutes.
