Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 Persian cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt* (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper (or to taste)

Instruction

  • Slice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion. Then crumble the feta cheese and chop the fresh dill.
  • Place all of the prepared ingredients along with olive oil, salt, and pepper into a large bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
