Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 Persian cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt* (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
Instruction
- Slice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion. Then crumble the feta cheese and chop the fresh dill.
- Place all of the prepared ingredients along with olive oil, salt, and pepper into a large bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
