Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 English cucumber (cut into ¼-inch half circles (about 3 cups))
  • 1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill

Instruction

  • Place the cucumber slices in a serving bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, lemon juice and salt. Stir in the dill.
  • Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and stir to coat. Serve immediately.*
