Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cucumbers (peeled)
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped dill
  • ½ red onion (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 lemons (juiced)

Instruction

  • Peel and chop cucumbers in slices and then in half; set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, dill, minced onion, garlic salt, and lemon juice.
  • Fold in cucumbers.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
