Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cucumbers (peeled)
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons chopped dill
- ½ red onion (minced)
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 lemons (juiced)
Instruction
- Peel and chop cucumbers in slices and then in half; set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, dill, minced onion, garlic salt, and lemon juice.
- Fold in cucumbers.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
