Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 pieces of whole wheat/12 grain bread
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 container of snow pea sprouts (or any kind of sprout you can find)
  • 4 oz. goat cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
  • salt to taste

Instruction

  • In a small food processor, add goat cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, basil, oregano, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of the goat cheese mixture to one slice of bread.
  • Then add 3-5 slices of cucumber, half an avocado (sliced), and a handful of sprouts. Put the other slice of bread on top.
  • Cut the sandwich in half and serve!
