Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 pieces bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (or chives chopped)
  • 1/3 cup pickles (chopped)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or 6 smaller tortillas)

Instruction

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and mayo, mix until smooth.
  • Stir in cooked and chopped bacon, chopped green onions and pickles.
  • Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and once hot and the sausage. Break it with a wooden spoon and cook. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Cook until lightly browned, remove from heat and set aside.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture in a generous layer over tortillas. Add about ½ cup of sausage mixture (or morper tortilla, distributing it evenly.
  • Roll tortillas tightly and slice into 1 inch pieces.
