The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 slices cooked bacon (, crumbled)
- ½ cup Gruyere (, shredded)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and the cream. Stir in the salt, pepper, nutmeg, bacon and cheese.
- Pour into lightly buttered baking dish.
- Bake until quiche is puffed and golden, about 25 minutes.
