Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 slices cooked bacon (, crumbled)
  • ½ cup Gruyere (, shredded)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and the cream. Stir in the salt, pepper, nutmeg, bacon and cheese.
  • Pour into lightly buttered baking dish.
  • Bake until quiche is puffed and golden, about 25 minutes.
