Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cups Swerve Granulated
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup milk (your choice I use Fairlife whole milk)
  • 1 teaspoon maple or vanilla extract
  • dash salt
  • baking spray
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Swerve brown sugar Order Here
  • 1 cup Stabilized Whipped Cream (optional Recipe Here)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 180 C.
  • Whip cream cheese to make sure it's very softened. Add in pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, milk, salt.
  • Mix well. I like to use a blender.
