- 1 pound (about 3 cups when cut) Idaho Baby Dutch Yellow potatoes, (washed and dried, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup yellow onion, (roughly chopped)
- 2 cups (about 3/4-pound) carrots, (medium dice)
- 2 teaspoons fresh sage, (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1¼ cup chicken stock
