  • 2 cups (about 3/4-pound) carrots, (medium dice)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh sage, (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1¼ cup chicken stock
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
