Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/2 pound brussel sprouts (roots trimmed)
- 1 granny smith apple (peeled, seeded and cored, cut into quarters or eighths)
- 1/2 fennel bulb (cored and shredded)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350. Lay walnuts in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly toasted. Set aside.
