Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/2 pound brussel sprouts (roots trimmed)
  • 1 granny smith apple (peeled, seeded and cored, cut into quarters or eighths)
  • 1/2 fennel bulb (cored and shredded)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350. Lay walnuts in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly toasted. Set aside.
