Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 24 oz turkey breast tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Place turkey tenderloin in a medium bowl or large bowl and coat it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine, honey, Dijon mustard, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Place turkey in crock pot. Using a pastry brush, brush the honey mustard mixture on the turkey. Turn the turkey over and brush on the other side.
- Add diced potatoes to the crockpot on top of the tenderloin.
- Pour chicken broth over the turkey and potatoes.
- Set the slow cooker on high and cook for 4 hours.
