Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 green peppers (sliced)
- 2 red peppers (sliced)
- 1 to mato (quartered)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 lb raw shrimp (deveined and peeled)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
Instruction
- Place all ingredients except shrimp in crockpot and cook on low 5-6 hours.
- Next place shrimp in slow cooker, mix well and turn on high for another 30-45 minutes.
- Serve on tortillas with your favorite toppings.
