Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 green peppers (sliced)
  • 2 red peppers (sliced)
  • 1 to mato (quartered)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 lb raw shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients except shrimp in crockpot and cook on low 5-6 hours.
  • Next place shrimp in slow cooker, mix well and turn on high for another 30-45 minutes.
  • Serve on tortillas with your favorite toppings.
